  • - ATMOSPHERES is dedicated to enhancing practices to combat slavery and human trafficking
    - Our MS+HT Statement is made in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
    - Our Supply chains consist mainly of professional consultancies for design services
    - We assess our modern slavery and human trafficking risks to be low, but acknowledge that there are higher risk in certain jurisdictions
    - ATMOSPHERES maintain a zero-tolerance approach and commitment to eradicate slavery and human trafficking
    - ATMOSPHERES’ Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our ethical conduct and puts in place effective systems to prevent malpractice
    - Our suppliers are required to comply with relevant laws and implement due diligence procedures
    - Regular review of recruitment processes and verification of offers to candidates
    - Procedures in place to confirm identity of new employees and ensure fair salaries
    - Whistleblowing policy protects those reporting concerns, including modern slavery
    - Risk assessment conducted on country, sector, and transaction levels
    - Collaboration with subconsultants to incorporate anti-slavery policies in construction projects
    - Due diligence on subconsultants and use of software to screen supply chains
    - Mandatory online training and accessible policy to raise awareness among staff
    - No reports of slavery or human trafficking issues under whistleblowing policy
    - Confidence in effectiveness of measures, with ongoing monitoring and review.
